Login Challenges
Laurea ServiceDesk has received a high volume of support requests in recent days related to account activation. Many of these issues stem from incomplete or incorrect instructions given to students. While most accounts and passwords are now functioning correctly, multi-factor authentication (MFA) has not yet been activated in many cases.
Please note: All Laurea users must enable MFA to access Laurea services.

If you encounter issues during setup, you can reset your password and MFA settings via https://iam.laurea.fi using Suomi.fi login.
Additional support is available at IT support - Laurea-ammattikorkeakoulu. Our chatbot Pii is available 24/7 and this it-support tool will guide users directly to the correct instructions or topic, making the support experience smooth and efficient.
